We hope and pray that all is well with everyone. As you know, the Crowley Family Reunion 2012 is fast approaching. The excitement grows each day that we get closer to our Celebration. We want each of you to get on board for the first ever Family Reunion Cruise. At the last reunion, we decided to take the pressure off our family members by booking a cruise. Below are the following documents pertaining to the Reunion: Registration Form, Reunion T-Shirt Order Form, and Important Cruise Information.

The reunion cruise aboard the Carnival Ecstasy will set sail Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. until Monday, July 2, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. from Port Canaveral, FL. Please be mindful of upcoming deadlines, deposits and dates, including the upcoming November 15, 2011 deadline to make your first deposit for the cruise. Please complete the Registration Form if you plan on attending and return it to me no later than November 15, 2011. If I have not received your registration form in the postage paid envelope or via the Registration Form below by November 15, 2011, you will not receive any future mailings as we are trying to defray costs. Future mailings will only be sent to persons attending the family reunion cruise. My home address is on the Registration Form. We will be wearing our Reunion T-shirts while aboard the cruise ship on Sunday, July 1, 2012 (Fun Day At Sea). We will take a family photo on this day so I encourage everyone attending to order a T-Shirt. To place your order, please include the Reunion T-shirt Order Form with your registration form. No payment will be due now for the T-Shirts. I will email everyone once payment is due and what your payment amount is. DEPOSITS 1st Deposit Requirement: $100.00 per person due by November 15 2nd Deposit Requirement: $150.00 per person due by February 15 3rd Deposit Requirement: Remaining Balance Due by April 15, 2012 We would encourage you to contact our Reunion Cruise Specialist (Summer) and set up a payment plan to pay a little each month so it does not become a financial burden when the remaining balance comes do!!!!!!! The first 5 Cabins booked are permitted the small deposit of $100.00, after the first 5 cabins have been booked the deposit goes up to $150.00 so act fast!!!! ***ANY Balcony & Suite Cabins require a 1st Deposit of $150.00 vs. $100.00***

Passports are not required, but recommended. We suggest you obtain a passport or bring a certified copy of your birth certificate (no photocopies), MUST have certified marriage licenses if birth certificate states a different last name, a valid driver's license or government issued ID for boarding. When traveling with a minor and both parents/legal guardians are not cruising, please bring an original notarized letter from the absent parent/legal guardian authorizing the minor to travel with you. This will expedite processing by the Department of Homeland Security. If you need this letter, please indicate so in the “Special Needs” line on your Registration Form and I will mail you one.
